YOU ARE A JOKE is a transformational stand-up comedy workshop that uses humor as a path to freedom. Through joke-writing, performance, and playful self-inquiry, participants learn how to turn their real lives into material, and their fear into fuel. This course is for anyone who wants to feel more confident, expressive, and alive, on stage and off.

When: Course starts February 26 for five consecutive Thursdays (6:30-8:30pm), ending in a live show (date TBA).
